community dance projects
Every year between 2015 and 2018, on April 29, on the International Dance Day, a 10-minute dance event was organized by Góbi Dance Company and the National Dance Theatre in Budapest. At the community event, students of Nemes Nagy Ágnes Art Vocational School, Dózsa György Secondary School of Dance, and Bailart Dance Studio collaborated in the project to represent that contemporary dance is not only a means of artistic expression but also a form of physical activity that keeps us fit and has a positive effect on well-being.
The event was organized on Margaret Bridge, a picturesque link between Buda and Pest, enhanced by the flowing Danube River that connects other cities and communities.
