In 2019, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Bauhaus, Góbi Dance Company participated in several events. The so-called Bauhaus performance was realized together with the Budapest Metropolitan University. The project is a Bauhaus-inspired fashion performance, where clothes by the university’s master’s students in fashion and textile design were presented. The pieces, inspired by the work of Oskar Schlemmer, Vassily Kandinsky, Marcell Breuer, László Moholy-Nagy, Paul Klee, were brought to life by the language of movement. The project debuted in the Hungarian National Gallery and also presented in the Ludwig Museum.
